The Senior Education Center (SEC)
provides computer and non-computer based lifelong learning for senior
citizens in Harris County. Participation in SEC courses is
restricted by federal grant requirements and county policy.
Participants must meet the following requirements:

Must reside in Harris County, Texas

Must be age 55 or older

Must sign a participant agreement that includes a release of
liability and acceptance of precinct and county rules concerning
the operation of the SEC.
