Cypress North Houston from Barker Cypress to Island Shore; construction of westbound lanes to complete 4-lane concrete boulevard. 

Cypress North Houston from N. Eldridge Parkway to Oak Plaza/Marcia; construction of a continuous left turn lane. Also, channel improvements were completed on Harris County Flood Control Unit K161-00-00. 

Cypress North Houston from Oak Plaza/Marcia to Jones Road; widening of an existing 4-lane undivided road to include continuous left turn lane.

Cypress Rose Hill Road from US 290 to Cypress Needle Drive; construction of a 4-lane concrete boulevard. 

Eldridge Road from the county line to Bissonnet; construction of a 4-lane concrete boulevard. 

Franz Road at John Crump Lane; installation of a traffic signal and related appurtenances. 

Franz Road at Raintree Village Drive; installation of a traffic signal and related appurtenances. 

Greenhouse Road from IH-10 to Saums and Park Row Boulevard from east and west of Greenhouse; construction of a 4-lane concrete boulevard.

Tuckerton Road from Arched Oak to Huffmeister; construction of eastbound lanes to complete a standard 4-lane concrete boulevard. 

Tuckerton Road from east of Telge to west of Huffmeister; construction of a 2-lane concrete roadway to complete missing segment. 

West Road at E. Copper Village Drive; installation of a traffic signal and related appurtenances. 

West Road at SH 6; construction of additional eastbound and westbound left turn lanes.
