About the Project  The Precinct 3 Web Site has been totally redesigned to better serve citizens.  Our site also provides an additional method for citizens to communicate with Commissioner Radack and interact with Precinct 3 via their home and office computers.  The new site has many more useful tools to help you quickly locate and access Precinct and County services. 

This project was a collaborative effort between Precinct 3 staff, Harris County Information Technology Center (ITC) staff, and constituents in Precinct 3.  We used best practice design research, citizen feedback about our old site, and input obtained through a series of focus groups to assist with our redesign effort. 

Special thanks to Bruce High who created the very first Precinct 3 Web Site.  His pioneering effort laid a foundation for our current robust best practice home page.
